The object of the contract is to provide the maintenance of all the facilities (apart from lifting, security and firefighting equipment) in El Consorci’s buildings.

Pursuant to Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January (Official State Gazette (BOE) of 29 January), that regulates the national security scheme in the area of Public Administrations, the interested parties must go to the bidding portal to download the documentation of the tender.
