Ethical channel

El Consorci has an internal information system (hereinafter, “the System”) that complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. The Consortium’s internal information system is made up of the following mailboxes or communication channels:

  • Mailbox for the prevention of Money Laundering
  • Internal information channel
  • Confidential Information Security Channel


The Information Channel is the means by which any subject person can submit information regarding possible infractions.
In essence:

  1. Actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of EU law, provided that:
    • Fall within the scope of the European Union acts referred to in the Annex to Directive 2019/1937
    • Affect the financial interests of the European Union
    • Affect the internal market, including competition infringements
  2. Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence.
  3. Information Security Management System (ISO-27001) Violations.


The Internal Reporting Channel allows for communications, including anonymously, through the following channels:

  • E-mail:
  • In person, at the request of the informant, the information may be submitted by means of a face-to-face meeting within a maximum period of 7 working days. Verbal communications shall be documented by means of a complete and accurate transcript of the conversation or by recording the conversation in a secure, durable and accessible format, always with the prior consent of the informant.
  • Postal letter or written note addressed to the Head of the Consortium’s Information System at:
    Avenida Parc Logístic 2-10 (Consorcio Offices)
