We are committed to the UN 2030 Agenda.
In 2019 we made the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) a priority for us and an element that makes our Corporate Social Responsibility unique.
Our policy of corporate social responsibility and sustainability meets the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact on human rights, work, the environment, corruption and the 2030 Agenda.
The scope of the Agenda 2030 Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility management system (SGRSCSA) of the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB) and its sustainability strategy comprises management activities to boost the economy of the metropolitan area of Barcelona by managing the Zona Franca Industrial Estate and Zona Franca Customs as the main activity to generate economic and social value, favouring its international projection.
The CZFB Code of Best Practices and Conduct is a set of recommendations that act as a frame of reference to be applied in all areas of CZFB’s activity.
It is the firm desire of CZFB to ensure that all its activities are carried out in compliance with the law and ethical values in all internal and external relations.
Therefore, this CZFB Code of Best Practices and Conduct, together with the Anti-Fraud Plan, the Ethical Management and Corporate Social Responsibility Policy and the Protocol in the event of Sexual Harassment and Harassment in the Workplace, establishes the guidelines to be followed by CZFB personnel in the course of their work, both internally and externally.
We are carrying out actions to reinforce the 8 priority SDGs for the company:
