Pere Navarro hands an award to swimmer Jessica Vall, leading sportsperson of the year

The Special State Delegate handed the award to the Leading Sports Person of the Year to Catalan swimmer Jessica Vall during the 22^nd edition of the Festa de l’Esport Català awards organised by newspaper Sport, of which the Consorci is one of the main sponsors.
