Attitude, Energy and Resilience: the keys to succés” with Mireia Bonilla

In ODS5 had a conversation with Mireia Bonilla, Production Development Manager at SEAT‘s Production Strategy. We talked about the key values and skills to succeed in the workplace, as well as the importance of role models in overcoming the gender gap in STEM careers. In that matter, Bonilla highlighted the importance of showing that STEM careers also help society to appeal to the feeling of social responsibility that many women have. We also addressed the tasks being carried out by the Consell de la Dona of the Zona Franca of Barcelona to promote equal opportunities between men and women.
