Social prejudices make it difficult for women to become engineers, with Catalina Grimalt
In ODS5 we spoke with Catalina Grimalt, deputy general manager of organization and internal resources at Port de Barcelona. Together with her, we address the gender gap in STEM careers, such as Computer Engineering where currently only 15% of students are women. We also discussed topics such as leadership, the skills needed to coordinate large multidisciplinary teams, and whether or not there is a way to lead in a feminine way.
