The Challenges of Equality in Public Administration, with Anna Hernández
On SDG5 we spoke with Anna Hernandez, director of the AMB Economic Development Agency. We talked to her about the challenges that the public administration faces in terms of equality and why there are more women than men working in the administration but not in leadership positions. We also address the tasks being carried out by the Consell de la Dona de Zona Franca Barcelona to promote equal opportunities between men and women.
