La Casa por el Tejado Group, specialized in new penthouses on old buildings, has signed a lease with El Consorci de la Zona Franca to locate in its Barcelona Industrial Estate an industrialized edification factory, capable of building more than 60,000 m2 of housing per year.(+info)
