Investors Workshop

4 de March de 2019

  • CZFB provided a space for 24 emerging companies to network with investors from all over the world at the largest business platform for the global technology startup community.

The Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona (CZFB) made it possible for companies belonging to the 3DFactory Incubator, programmes managed by Leitat, and trade fair accelerators like Barcelona Meeting Point and eDelivery Barcelona, managed by La Salle Technova Barcelona, to take part in 4YFN, the leading global business platform for the technology startup community.

Under the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona umbrella, a total of 24 disruptive companies in the business of additive manufacturing and 3D printing, Proptech, logistics, delivery, the final mile and sustainable mobility showcased innovative proposals and solutions to the more than 20,000 visitors and 700 investors from around the world who visited the 4YFN during the three-day event.

Managing Director of the CZFB, Blanca Sorigué, explained that “this was a very positive event for the startups that took part under the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona umbrella, and was a magnificent opportunity to make contact with investors, internationalise and give visibility to all their projects”.

Blanca Sorigué also remarked that “the Consorci de la Zona Franca de Barcelona’s main mission is to foster social progress and create jobs based on industrial and logistical implementation, business development and creating scenarios for economic activity, and technology and innovation transfer”. The Managing Director of the CZFB added that “with this objective in mind, we are driving projects such as the incubator hub and accelerators linked to the impact of technology in different sectors vis-a-vis the industry 4.0, where we have been fortunate enough to have participants from disruptive industries such as those who took part in the 4YFN mission”.
