In ODS5 we spoke with Eva Comellas, HR coordinator at AMB. Reviewing her career, we discovered how to manage teams and people in an organization from a gender perspective and do it from the polychrome instead of the monochrome.
Likewise, we also address how motherhood can be conceived as a plus that adds value to any person within an organization and, thus, stop seeing it exclusively as a stop in the productivity of a worker.
