World Summit on Disability, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Employment of 2019

• José Luis Bonet and Pere Navarro present the summit to be held in Barcelona on the dates of 7th and 8th November

• It will include more than 35 speakers, leaders in fighting for a more inclusive world, including Nicholas Negroponte, Luis Rojas-Marcos, Robert F. Kennedy, Bisila Bokoko and Robert Liberman

Barcelona 8/10/19.- Next Tuesday, 8^th October at 9:30 a.m., the president of Fundación Incyde and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Honorary President of Arapdis, José Luis Bonet, and the Delegate of the Free Trade Zone Consortium, Pere Navarro, are presenting the “World Summit on Disability, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Employment of 2019,” to be held in Barcelona on the dates of 7^th and 8^th November.

Organised by Fundación Incyde, with the cooperation of the Barcelona Free Trade Zone Consortium, Fundación La Caixa and the association Arapdis, the Summit will bring together role-players who intervene in economic and social development to create a change in the concept of disability and work together to promote the full inclusion of this social group. Over 35 speakers, who are leaders in fighting for a more inclusive world, will be taking part in this Summit.

Nicholas Negroponte, a founder at MIT; Luis Rojas-Marcos, a psychiatrist and professor from New York University; Bisila Bokoko, CEO of the African literacy project BBES and one of the most influential women in America; Robert F. Kennedy Jr, president of Waterkeeper Alliance, and Robert Liberman, a professor of Psychiatry at UCLA, will be a few of the speakers taking part in the Summit.

Likewise, José Luis Bonet and Pere Navarro will be presenting the leadership initiative to the 400 people attending who are committed to social inclusiveness, of which four may be awarded with fellowships to work in the United States next year.

The Summit is financed by the Operative Programme for Employment, Training and Education (POEFE) of the European Social Fund for the period of 2014-2020, as part of the INCYDE SCHOOL Project. It has also been given financing by the Free Trade Zone Consortium and Fundación la Caixa.
