Advanced Air Mobility: on-demand air transport

ADVANCED AIR MOBILITY aims to revolutionize the large cities’ urban development model towards a more sustainable and balanced one where resources are not encompassed exclusively in cities but throughout the territory. Its way of achieving this is by offering a new mobility option, faster, more efficient, interconnected and sustainable.

AAM has developed an advanced smart mobility solution for on-demand personal air transport (Mobility-as-a-Service). An “air taxi” that solves the daily commuting problem to go to work or University, offering a real alternative to last century’ land mobility where private cars stopped in traffic jams or slow public transport took hours of life each day.

AAM has designed a new generation aircraft capable of flying at a speed of more than 300 km / h that can land in an area of less than 50 meters. It has the same capabilities as a helicopter but is up to 50 times cheaper, which will make air mobility universal and affordable to everyone. And, in addition, in a sustainable way thanks to its 100% electric propulsion, a more respectful mobility with the environment.

This air taxi opens the opportunity of a new urban air mobility model that will enable not only to reduce pollution in cities and decongest streets and highways, but also to eliminate the need to live in city centers, thereby also contributing to reduce pressure on housing prices. Citizens will be able to enjoy their property in the countryside, in the mountains or on the beach and book an air taxi to go down to the city for a business meeting, have lunch with a friend, go to the theater or see the doctor.

For this purpose, AAM is committed to technological innovation with a daring aeronautical proposal with its STOL aircraft (short take-off and landing), autonomous flight (without a pilot) and active safety on impact (smart air crashworthiness). AAM has already carried out the concept’s tests and is currently developing a functional demonstrator (MVP) to present at leading trade shows in Europe and the United States.
